The Pledge of Allegiance

At the start of each meeting, a scout recites the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States to symbolize his unending support for his country, it’s government, symbols, values, and it’s people.

I pledge allegiance
to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the republic
for which it stands,
one nation
under God,
indivisible,
with liberty
and justice for all.
