The Troop Scouting year runs from September through June each year. Meetings begin the first Thursday after Labor Day and traditionally end the second Thursday in June. The Troop meets every Thursday night while school is in session. Meetings are held at the Club Room in Milford Catholic Elementary at 7 PM.
The Troop also has a Committee of Parents/Adults that help the Scoutmaster run and guide the program for the youth members. The Troop Committee meets during the Scouting year the second Thursday of each month during the Troop meeting. All registered adult committee members are allowed to participate and vote during the proceedings. Assistant Scoutmasters, parents and other adults are invited to attend and participate but do not maintain 'voting' eligibility.

Troop 2 is proud to have over 100 Scouts in its history achieve Scouting's highest rank. Here you will find a listing of those Scouts, many now adults, that achieved this honor.

Many years ago Troop 2 was approached by a group of Scouts and their Leaders about developing a relationship between our groups and the youth members. The troops to this day maintain a close relationship and in fact Troop 2 has begun planning for another trip to visit our fellow Scouts and their families in the Summer of 2011.
