This person serves as the liaison between the Troop and our sponsor, Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. They can help with securing church facilities for ceremonies and meetings as well as assist with contact the parish rectory.

The Committee Chairperson oversees the Troop organization including the steering Committee and Scoutmaster in his duties as Program Director.

The Scoutmaster serves as the main lead of the Scouting program for the youth under our supervision. He assists the Scouts in planning the program and following through on the details needed for a successful troop.
Senior Patrol Leader: spl@troop2milford.org
The Senior Patrol Leader or "SPL" is the Youth Leader of the Troop. This is a youth member/Scout, elected each year by his peers to lead the Troop within its ongoing activities.
Activities Coordinator: activities@troop2milford.org
The Activities Coordinator assists the Scoutmaster in planning and preparing the Troop for all activities, including securing the required paperwork and ensuring the proper arrangements have been made.
Advancement Chairperson: advancement@troop2milford.org
The Advancement Chair oversees the Scout's path through the Scouting program. He/she ensures the Scouts have completed the required steps before advancing to the next rank. They also oversee the Board of Review process for the Troop Committee.
Fundraising Coordinator:fundraising@troop2milford.org
Our Fundraising coordinator assists the Committee in determining and arranging our fundraising activities. The Troop traditional holds one major fundraiser; our Pasta Dinner/Silent Auction held in the fall of even numbered years. We also hold smaller fundraisers from time to time, however most often these are for the Scouts themselves to assist them and their families with their expenses for summer camp and other specialty programs.

The Pack Liaison is the Troops main contact between the Troop and the Cub Scout packs here in town. This person can assist packs in securing Den Chiefs or Scouting representatives for their program needs.
Parent Contact (New to Troop): parentcontact@troop2milford.org
This person is an important contact for new Scouts and their parents. This person can assist the new Scouting family and guide them as they acclimate to the Troop 2 program.

Our publicity point person. Thus person serves as our main link between the troop and the local media outlets.

Our Secretary serves the main function of taking minutes of the monthly Committee meetings and distributing those minutes to the Troop members/families via email. Minutes are also available on our website in our NewsCenter.
Training Coordinator: training@troop2milford.org
Our training coordinator tracks all of the ongoing adult training needs of the Troop and advises members as their training needs need to the re-established or renewed.
Treasurer: treasurer@troop2milford.org
The Troop treasurer maintains the Troop finances and forecasts the Troops ongoing needs.

Our Webelos Contact can assist local packs with requirements for the Webelos Arrow of Light and other needs.
Webmaster: webmaster@troop2milford.org
Our webmaster serves as the Committee's online representative. He/she publishes our website and assists in the distribution of information about the Troop and the Scouting program to our members and the world at large.
